📦 Shipping Policy

1. Order Handling

The Company will receive and handle all orders with the utmost care to ensure goods are processed and shipped in good condition.

2. Delivery Address

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping details are accurate and complete.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

• The Company will process and fulfill accepted orders within 30 days from the day following the order confirmation, unless a longer delivery time is mutually agreed upon.

• If the Company is unable to fulfill the order within the agreed time, the customer has the right to cancel the order without legal proceedings, by sending a registered notification to the Company, provided that the goods have not yet been shipped or the service has not commenced.

• No cancellation fees or charges will apply in such cases.

4. Carriers & Estimated Delivery Times

• All orders are shipped via local delivery companies.

• Delivery typically takes 3–4 business days, depending on the customer’s location and public holidays.
