Order handling

We receive and handle every order with care, so your jewelry is packed and shipped in good condition.

Delivery address

Orders are delivered to the address you give at checkout. Please make sure your shipping details are accurate and complete.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered by a local courier and can take up to 3–4 business days, depending on your location and holidays.

Pickup from our studios

You can also choose pickup at checkout and collect your order from our DHCC or Arjan studio. You'll get a notification when it's ready.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, jewelry purchases are final, and we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email Dubaipiercing@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving it. See our refund policy for details.
