Warranty & conditions
- All prices include 5% VAT.
- Piercing prices include jewelry. For 14K gold piercings, it's the jewelry price plus the piercing service fee.
- Bundles are per person and can't be shared.
- Surface piercings have an additional AED 50 per non-standard top.
- No exchanges or refunds.
- Removal and stretching fees are confirmed after assessment.
- Outside jewelry is accepted only after inspection.
- Free downsizing within 6 months for fresh piercings done with us using titanium or surgical steel. Charges apply after 6 months. 14K gold jewelry is not eligible for free downsizing.
- Warranty, implant-grade titanium: 1 year. Covers stones that fall out of their settings (housing) due to manufacturing defects. Broken dangles, chains, or damage caused by accidental impact, pulling, or snagging are not covered.
- Warranty, surgical steel: 6 months. Covers stones that fall out of their settings (housing). Broken dangles, chains, and accidental or physical damage are not covered.
- Sterling silver: no warranty. Sterling silver jewelry is not covered by any warranty.
- Solid 14K gold (with an authenticity stamp): manufacturing defects only. Suspected defects must be reported within 48 hours of purchase. Our team will inspect the jewelry and assess the issue before determining the appropriate resolution.
- Gold jewelry is not eligible for exchanges or warranty coverage for broken dangles, chains, or accidental damage.
- Warranty coverage applies only to the conditions specified above. Accidental damage, improper handling, snagging, pulling, and general wear and tear are excluded.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by The Piercing Spot.
