Returns and exchanges

For hygiene reasons, jewelry purchases are final, and we don’t accept returns or exchanges. There is no way for us to verify that a returned piece has remained unworn.

Please check your selection and sizing before ordering, along with your shipping address and billing details. Our size guide can help.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email Dubaipiercing@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order so we can review it. Please include:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and get back to you with next steps.
