Return/Exchange/refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business and products we have a no return/exchange policy at this time. For hygienic purposes, it is unsafe to return any jewelry since there is not a way for us to prove that the jewelry remains unworn when returned.

Please make sure to review all information (i.e.; shipping information, billing information, jewelry sizing, etc.;) prior to checkout.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, you must notify us at Dubaipiercing@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Policy

2. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer communicated to the enterprise.

3. Carriers + Delivery time.
All orders are shipped with the local delivery company. depending on the location and holiday days delivery will take up to 3-4 business days.
